[파르나스몰 맛집] 한성문고- 기본기에 충실한 진한 육수의 라멘

삼성동 그랜드인터콘티넨탈 지하, 파르나스몰에 입점한 라멘 맛집.. 한성문고.

홍대의 유명한 일본 라멘집인 '하카다분코'의 스핀오프 브랜드다.

메인 브랜드인 '하카다분코'는 그냥 두고 한성문고를 체인점 형식으로 여기저기 오픈하고 있다.

묘한 짬뽕음식인 '서울라면'은 내 스타일이 아니므로 가장 좋아하는 '인라멘' 한그릇.

인라멘은 홍대 하카다분코를 줄서서먹는 맛집으로 우뚝서게한 주역..

진한 육수, 쫄깃한 라멘 면발, 그리고 커다란 마늘 하나 바로 갈아얹어 먹는 .. 

기본기에 충실한 정직한 맛.

사진의 생강절임은 같이 주어지지 않지만,

진한 돼지육수가 혹여 느끼해질 수 있는 인라멘에는 필수이므로 꼭 달라고 해서 먹어야 한다 :-)

Hansung Mungo in Parnas Mall.

Hansung Mungo is a spin-off brand of 'Hakadabunko', a very famous japanese style ramen house in Hongdae area.

They have a ramen called 'Seoul ramen' and it's a top item on the first page of the menu, but I don't like its Katsuobushi flavor in the broth.

So my recommendation is 'In Ramen', this is the menu which brought fame to Hakadabunko at first place.

Rich and deep taste of broth, thin and tight noodle, and freshly grated garlic on the top..

This is what I call 'great basics'.
